Challenge: New business starters open wedding store very close to popular bridal shop

Account Executive Jessica Davis knows the wedding market in Louisville, Ky. is fierce. Working for Spectrum Reach for 5+ years, she understands the competition small business owners face, especially when entering the market. One such business was on her radar.

“The shop is very nice and in a trendy part of town,” Davis said. “The owners just opened about 10 months ago and have very nice gowns to offer.”

However, they decided to open their store very close to one of the more popular bridal shops in town.

“Mike, our local Kernel [Spectrum’s in-house creative agency] producer, shot beautiful footage at the store and there were models that were very authentic,” Davis recounted.

The bridal shop owners signed on for a full takeover at $1,000 per month just on TLC in the East End Louisville zone. Davis is looking forward to selling them on additional opportunities coming up for TLC advertisers.

“I have used AdMall for several years, I love the prospecting categories that are available.”
