Are Your Staffing Clients Targeting Legal Firms?

January often marks the start of job searches for consumers and fresh hiring plans by employers. Firms typically turn to  existing employees or personal networks to find new hires and the legal profession is no exception. If those options don’t yield a respectable candidate pool, many legal firms turn to the next best option when it comes to hiring: Staffing firms.

A recent Robert Half Legal survey, conducted by an independent research concern, found that over 20% of legal firms turn to staffing firms to fill positions.

The growing need for bankruptcy experts in the legal industry means firms will be hiring more attorneys and support staff this year.

Suggest a direct mail or email campaign to your staffing clients and target the law firms in your market area.
