About Lee

C. Lee Smith is the President and CEO of SalesFuel – a company he founded in 1989. Lee is the creator of AdMall®- the industry leader for local advertising and digital media sales intelligence used by over 2,000 media properties across America. Lee also created TeamKeeper® – a SaaS-based, data-driven sales leadership for talent development.

Lee is the founder and publisher of Media Sales Today, an electronic publication read by 9,000+ sales executives monthly and is a frequent columnist on his publication and All Access.

In 2013, Lee became one of only 173 certified advisors worldwide for Jeffrey Gitomer, author of four New York Times best selling books on sales and personal development.

Prior to forming the company, Lee spent several years in advertising sales for print and electronic media. He received his degree in Advertising from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University and his certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.

Lee is also an avid cyclist – frequently crushing 60-100 mile rides for cancer and diabetes research and several other nonprofit causes.
