Why did the client need an SEM ad campaign?
Mike Jones, media strategist from Salem Media, had only been using AdMall for about a year. But, he knew it could help when approaching a local business about an SEM ad campaign.
“The owner is a sole proprietor and former maintenance manager for several senior assisted living facilities in town,” said Jones. “Their challenge was effectively managing their SEM while handling all of the business himself. They need more quality leads for growth.”
What was AdMall’s role?
Because Jones used AdMall, he was able to see where the company was missing a big opportunity. “They were only utilizing Google for their SEM, missing Bing and Yahoo,” said Jones. “Since almost 40% of Seniors use Bing, they were missing out in their search results.” Jones used AdMall’s digital audit to find this missing piece of the puzzle and craft a SEM ad campaign that worked for the client.
“The digital audit was useful for securing the CNA and the keywords that were working in SEM,” said Jones. “AdMall helped me with identifying keywords they were missing as well as what other businesses in their vertical were using to make shoppers take action.”
What was the result?
Jones’ AdMall presentation lead to him closing the SEM ad campaign sale in less than a week. The total annual amount was $76,800. He had advice for other sales reps who might not be using AdMall to its fullest potential.
“I would say [AdMall] offers excellent prospecting tools and allows you to find valid business reasons to call prospective clients,” said Jones. “It allows you to get key business drivers and factors for various verticals.”
