Challenge: The spa company was not getting the campaign results they had hoped for

Leah Harrelson, an account executive from Spectrum Reach, has amassed nearly four hundred thousand dollars in success story sales since 2019, so she knows how to leverage AdMall’s sales tools in many ways that came into play when she approached a local spa company that was struggling to see results from a broadcast campaign they were currently running.

The “gotcha” moment [for the spa company] had to have been when they were looking [at the geolocation radius] for clients,” said Harrelson. “It said that most customers are drawn from a ten-​mile radius. They realized that their current broadcast geo, being DMA-​wide, was just a lot of waste.”

The spa client was so impressed with the geo-​focused approach Harrelson had, they decided to redirect their broadcast advertising approach and agreed to an all-​digital annual contract of $48,000.

The [spa client is] specifically looking for an increase in local business,” said Harrelson. “In broadcast, they were running full DMA; we have them hyper focused to their home zone. We will monitor this monthly.”
