- Retail clinics will continue to grow in popularity. Up to 1/3 of consumers say they’ll use these facilities – over 1 in 6 already have with Gen Y and Seniors having the highest visit rate.
- Alternative/holistic therapies are popular with over 1/3 of consumers.
- Consumers are increasingly taking responsibility for some of their own health care. ¼ now maintain their own health records.
- Consumers want more online interaction with health care providers.
