Challenge: Outreach to the right nonprofit audience
Kristen Robinson has been selling media as an account executive at Spectrum Reach for almost two years. Since day one, she has been using AdMall, and in the last three quarters alone, she’s amassed three success stories totaling over $450,000. So, it was no surprise that she knew where to turn when approaching a local nonprofit organization.
“[The business] is the only government funded nonprofit that focuses on helping change people's lives,” said Robinson. “They embody the spirit of hope, improve communities and make America a better place to live. They care about the entire community and are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.”
“[They are a] trusted resource and proven advocate for our statewide network of 33 community action agencies. We are here to give voice to the needs, concerns and stories of North Carolina's disadvantaged and low-income citizens, as well as, shed light on the collective impact of community action agencies. [The nonprofit] collaborates with community members, local governments, public and private partners. Along with thousands of local volunteers to invest in holistic community-based, anti-poverty strategies. They are an amazing group.”
The issue the nonprofit was facing, however, was reaching the underserved community that most needed their assistance.
Solution: Turn to the Local Account Intelligence Report
Robinson turned to AdMall’s Local Account Intelligence Report for research on nonprofit groups. In fact, AdMall has eight different local account reports for various nonprofit organizations.
“The Local Account Intelligence Report helped identify how to target the community, show the nonprofit ad copy points and ideas for how to brand the commercial-also ideas on digital campaign,” said Robinson. “I use them all the time.”
Result: A Q4 2020 investment of $54,000
The research Robinson compiled was enough to convince the nonprofit to sign a deal with her to handle their advertising needs.
“They placed a $30,000 TV ad campaign, combined with a $24,000 digital campaign,” said Robinson. “The Local Account Intelligence Report helped guide me into selling them online pre-roll and display ads for $6000 a month for September to December. The total campaign of $54,000. Thanks to AdMall for helping me once again!"
