Strategic Media Consultant Jen Robb of the Bradenton Herald used AdMall to get in the door of a new day spa in her market. The spa was brand new and Robb jumped at the chance to secure their media spending market share. The spa was struggling to sell memberships, since they just recently opened.
Robb went right to AdMall to help her secure the business. She pulled a Local Account Intelligence report, AudienceSCAN data on consumer habits, and response to ads data. She identified key social media facts for their business, like 35% of spa-goers said they enjoy sharing a positive spa experience via social media. And 42% of these spa-goers took action after seeing an advertisement on social media. Robb stated, “this research helped me close a programmatic digital campaign consisting of PPC, social ads on Facebook and Instagram, display retargeting, geo-fencing, organic social management on Facebook, Google and Yelp … and reputation management.”
The client was so impressed by Robb and her information that they gave her their entire marketing budget. The mostly digital campaign included one print ad and amounted to $20,000. And Robb is looking to double that when the spa opens two more locations in the next six months.
